8My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
We aim to deliver Tracked 24® within the next working day and Tracked 48® within the next 2 working days, but during busy periods, it may take 2-3 days for your order to arrive. If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender might be able to claim for replacement shipment. (Please note, early claims cannot be processed).
