No Return Policy

No Refund Policy

Once an order is paid and confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
The only exception is if tracking data proves that an order was not delivered. In such cases, a refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

  • A name and phone number are requested but can be fictional.
  • Orders are dispatched in odor-proof, unmarked packaging.

Replacement Policy

If an order is lost or stopped, Canna Club will investigate the tracking data and replace the order free of charge.
However, if tracking shows "delivered" and the customer claims it was not received, we trust our courier services and no replacement or refund will be issued.
